Nicole and Todd’s love story began under the glow of a full moon, on a canyon hike with wine in hand after meeting on Hinge. From that magical first date, it was clear they shared a love for adventure and nature. ​On their third date, Nicole gifted Todd a succulent, a small token that would become symbolic of their relationship.

Soon Todd surprised Nicole with a weekend getaway to St. George, taking charge of organizing their adventure. They stayed in a cozy Airbnb, enjoyed horseback riding through a canyon, stargazing under pristine skies, jet skiing, cliff jumping, and a couples’ massage.

The highlight of the weekend came at the Red Botanical Gardens, surrounded by the succulents and cacti they both adored. Todd got down on one knee and asked Nicole to marry him. They celebrated their engagement with a romantic dinner overlooking the sunset, ending their perfect adventure with a toast to their future.
